Mr. Pankaj Garud

Co-Founder

Pankaj Garud, born on March 3, 1992, has emerged as a culinary trailblazer, transforming challenges into opportunities. Starting his educational journey at Shri Gujarati Vidya Mandir, he pursued Mechanical Engineering, earning a diploma from Government Polytechnic Aurangabad in 2010 and a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College in 2013.
Pankaj’s professional path began with freelance projects before transitioning to roles as a Senior Design Engineer and New Product Development Engineer in multinational corporations. Concurrently, he laid the foundation for Kelvin 77 cafes, which expanded to eight outlets in Shirdi, Pune, and Aurangabad. Despite setbacks from the pandemic, Pankaj’s resilience led to the establishment of Vadoji, with four outlets and a footprint in Bangalore and Hubli.
Beyond cuisine, Pankaj ventured into incense sticks with “AARAS,” showcasing his ability to blend tradition with innovation. His journey epitomizes adaptability and commitment, leaving a lasting impact on Maharashtra’s culinary and entrepreneurial landscape.

Mr. Mayur Golatgaonkar

Mayur Golatgaonkar’s journey as a creative entrepreneur began in 1991, when he embarked on a path marked by curiosity, education, and innovation. Starting at Shri Gujarati Vidya Mandir, he continued his academic pursuit at S.B College of Science, eventually earning a B.Sc. Alongside his studies, Mayur discovered his passion for ‘Bhakti Arts,’ the family business, where he crafted theme-based sets for various events across Marathwada.
In 2018, Mayur co-founded “Vadoji” with Pankaj Garud, a culinary venture aimed at showcasing authentic Marathi cuisine. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Mayur and Pankaj pivoted their entrepreneurial spirit into new ventures, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Today, Mayur Golatgaonkar is not just a co-founder of Vadoji but also a symbol of creativity and resilience. His story serves as an inspiration for those who dare to dream and innovate, making a mark in Maharashtra’s culinary landscape and beyond.
